Tiffinnn hosts provider listings, menu descriptions, photographs, user reviews, and platform editorial content. If you believe any material on the platform infringes your rights or should be removed for another lawful reason, you can send us a written complaint.

• impersonation or fake listing claims;
• unauthorised use of personal images or private information;
• defamatory or clearly unlawful user-generated content.

Please include enough detail for us to review the issue properly, such as:

1. your full name and contact details;
2. your relationship to the rights holder or affected person;
3. the exact URL or identifying location of the disputed content;
4. a description of the work, right, or information at issue;
5. the reason you believe the content is unlawful or unauthorised;
6. supporting documents or screenshots where available;
7. a statement that the complaint is made in good faith and that the information you provide is accurate.

We may acknowledge receipt, request more detail, restrict access, remove the content, reject incomplete claims, or contact the affected provider or user for a response. Timelines depend on the nature of the complaint, available evidence, and legal urgency.

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was lawful or wrongly identified, you may reply with a reasoned explanation, supporting proof, and updated contact details so we can reassess the issue.

We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that repeatedly post infringing, deceptive, or unlawful material, or that repeatedly submit dishonest takedown complaints.
